At Samsung Replacement Parts, we want to ensure you get the right component to fix your device. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and select the order containing the part you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused component back in its original anti-static packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our processing center using a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the part is in its original condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
